Placer County Mental Health Collective Empowerment through education and interaction

If you are somebody influenced by transition age youth (ages 14-24) come join our meeting. Service providers and/or anyone influenced by youth come together and share resources for youth. Also, we work with youth on goals to help improve the community for transition age youth. Our meeting is youth guided and goals are developed by the youth.
